Founder & Principal Consultant
Dan has spent his career in the thick of ERP delivery\u2014managing complex programmes, building teams, and fixing projects that have gone off course. He\u2019s worked across multiple ERP platforms and sectors, from direct implementation through to partner enablement and operating model design.
That experience means he understands the real challenges: the gap between what the technology promises and what the business actually needs, the misalignment between vendors and internal teams, and the pressure to deliver when timelines slip and budgets tighten.
Cedar Ridge exists because too many ERP projects fail in delivery, not in technology. Dan founded the business to bring structure, clarity, and control to companies that need it\u2014whether they\u2019re implementing for the first time or trying to recover a project that\u2019s stalled.
Where possible, Cedar Ridge also connects operators facing similar challenges\u2014because solving these problems shouldn\u2019t mean doing it alone.
